LOCATION: Valley Stream, New York
SALARY : $9 hour
JOB FUNCTION / PURPOSE
The Intern will assist with troubleshooting I.T. issues, including hardware and software. Install and update desktops, laptops, Blackberry PDA’s, printers, scanners, fax machines, operating systems, etc.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
* Troubleshoot hardware, software
* Install new software and operating systems on users computers
* Upgrade and repair hardware including monitors, keyboard and printers
* Assist users with computer issues
Provide prompt response time to user requests
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES
Education (or Pursuit of): Personal computer hardware and operating systems
Experience: Not Specified
